Attacker Mirko Vučinić has attracted interest from three clubs - it is reported that he is being sought after by Lecce, Roma, and Inter.
Lecce has officially confirmed this and the player will most likely be sold to the club that offers the highest amount. The player will definitely move to another club, as Lecce finished second to last in Serie A this year, meaning they will play in a lower league next year.
"Roma" and "Inter" clubs are showing the most interest in the player. However, talks have also started with the "Milan" team. We would like to receive around 8.5 million euros for the player, but official negotiations have not yet begun," said Lecce's general director.
These three teams are not coincidentally interested in the player's services. Roma struggled with forward injuries all season and the club wants to acquire another forward to insure against possible injury repercussions in the future.
Meanwhile, Inter's only forward, Julio Ricardo Cruz, scored goals consistently throughout the season, while other forwards lacked accuracy. Milan could lose Andrei Shevchenko in the summer, so they are already planning for potential new forward arrivals.
The forward, who will be traveling to the World Cup with the Serbian national team, has attracted the attention of top clubs after scoring 19 goals in 28 matches in last year's Italian championship. Although the player has had a poorer season this year, he is still among the most sought-after players in the league.
