Goma, a French defender, has become another player leaving the London club.
The thirty-three-year-old French defender joined Facundo Sava, Roberto Watkins, Neale McDermott, Adam Green and Richard De Villiers in leaving the London club.
It was thought that the contract with the player would be extended, but negotiations quickly broke down.
In 2001, A. Goma was bought from Newcastle club for four million pounds - at that time it was a record purchase for the club. However, the defender's career at the club was plagued by injuries.
"The club would like to thank all the players for their hard work and dedication and wish them all the best in the future," said Fulham.
Fulham's manager on Monday signed a £2.5 million contract with Wigan striker Jimmy Bullard. The London club also aims to sign a long-term contract with Wayne Bridge, whom the country's champions Chelsea have loaned in the second half of the season. The club may find the £5 million price tag too high, but it could be financed by the sale of French midfielder Steed Malbranque, whose contract extension also failed.
