The second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final match between Edgaras Jankauskas' team and a Portuguese club has ended. The visitors from Portugal won with a score of 1-0.
The first half was rather slow. "Porto" focused more on stopping "Deportivo's" attacks rather than creating chances themselves. The only real opportunity was by Valeron, but his close-range shot flew over the goal.
The second half started with a dangerous header by Derlei, which was saved by the hosts' crossbar. "Porto" continued to attack and in the 60th minute, they reached their goal - Deco was brought down in "Deportivo's" penalty area and referee Collina didn't hesitate to award a penalty kick.
