"Barcelona" and Cameroon's attacking leader Samuel Eto'o stated that he has no intention of leaving his current club and moving to Milan.
The Cameroonian player was often mentioned as a possible candidate to replace the Ukrainian Andriy Shevchenko at "Milan", however, the striker himself shows no interest in moving elsewhere.
"I would advise Silvio Berlusconi to try to sign Didier Drogba instead. At the moment, he is one of the best forwards," Eto'o told Italy's sports news channel "Channel 4".
"What if 'Milan' officially showed interest in me? I would say to them that it's not worth wasting time, because my answer is one – no," added the forward.
Ivory Coast and London's "Chelsea" striker D. Drogba has mentioned that he would like to leave the London club, however, according to the media, Jose Mourinho strictly refuses to let go of this player.
The young talent of "Barcelona", Lionel Messi also responded to the rumors of the summer transfer market.
The Argentine, recovering from an injury, stated that no amount of money would tempt him and he wants to "make history" only with "Barcelona".
In Messi's contract with "Barcelona" valid until 2014, there is a huge release clause - 150 million euros - that another club would have to pay in order to buy out the Argentine's contract.
According to rumors, this amount allegedly did not scare off three European football clubs: "Milan", "Manchester United" and Real Madrid.
"Such speculations do not bother or scare me. I will not move to Madrid," said Messi, dismissing the possibility of a repeat of the Luis Figo story.
"Leo Messi will not only not be bought, but Leo Messi is not even for sale, regardless of the sums mentioned," emphasized the Argentine.
