Today it was revealed that Rangers' goalkeeper Ronald Waterreus will leave the Scottish club.
The footballer made this decision after Rangers offered him only a one-year contract, despite the fact that the Dutchman had previously stated that he wanted a two-year deal.
R. Waterreus joined Rangers in 2005 from Manchester City and played a total of 64 matches for the Scottish team.
Throughout his career, the Dutchman has played for Roda JC and PSV, spending as many as 10 seasons at the latter club.
