The first round of the World Cup group stage matches has ended - the final dramatic match between the national teams of Tunisia and Saudi Arabia ended in a 2-2 draw. The Tunisian footballers scored the first goal, later the score became equal and after half an hour of blankly playing, the players of both teams created a very dramatic end to the match.

Tunisia started the game more actively, forcing Saudi Arabia to defend, but the latter team made a few counterattacks. The first more dangerous opportunity in front of Saudi Arabia's goal came when Karim Haggui tried to head the ball towards the goal, but missed the target.
Later, the initiative was taken over by the Saudi Arabian footballers, but they were unable to pose a threat to the opponent's goal. As the game control shifted from one team to the other, in the 23rd minute of the match, Saudi Arabian defenders made a mistake and Ziad Jaziri sent the ball into the goal.
After conceding a goal, the Saudi Arabian footballers tried to equalize the score, but they continued to struggle to create something dangerous, and one of the most threatening opportunities after a penalty kick was repelled by the Tunisian national team goalkeeper. At halftime, it was 1-0 in favor of the "Eagles of Carthage."
At the start of the second half, the ball was controlled by one team or the other, but both teams lacked accuracy and technical ability, making it difficult to build attacks. During a quick attack in the 57th minute of the match, after a precise pass from Mohamed Noor, Yasser Al Qahtani scored the equalizer after bypassing two opponent defenders.
After this goal, the Tunisian footballers were a bit shaken, while the Arabs caught the rhythm and created a few more good attacks. The game slowed down a bit until the 84th minute, when, defending against the Tunisian attack, the Arabs, with two accurate passes, led Sami Al Jaber in front of the goalkeeper. The latter did not disappoint his fans and defeated the opponent's goalkeeper. Just a few minutes later, a powerful shot by Hussein Sulaiman shook the Tunisian national team's goalposts.
Managed by Roger Lemerre, the "Eagles of Carthage" launched a decisive attack and in one of the last team's attacks, after a pass from the sideline, Radhi Jaidi scored a goal with a header. After a very dramatic end of the match, the final result was 2-2.
