Trinidad and Tobago national team defender Cydas Gray will miss the final Group B World Championship match against the Paraguay team on Tuesday.
"Cydas has been out of the lineup for at least a week due to a strained calf," said team representative Shaun Fuentes.
"He suffered an injury in the match against the English footballers, but still managed to finish that game, which we lost 2-0. However, when he was icing his leg to numb the pain, doctors examined him and said he has a really serious injury and needs rest," he added.
Trinidad and Tobago will play their final Group B match against Paraguay on June 20. This will be Paraguay's last match in the championship, as they have suffered two defeats to Sweden and England, while the small Caribbean team still has a slim chance of making it to the top 16 teams.
