The defender of a club playing in the top league of France claims he wants to represent the leader of the Spanish championship team.
The Colombian national team defender is interested in "Valencia," "Lyon," "Marseille," and "Aston Villa," but the player told his friends that he would like to represent the Spanish team.
"Valencia" has already contacted the player through intermediaries, and the powerful Colombian could come to the Spanish club if they decide to sell Roberto Ayala, who is very actively sought after by "Real."
Such talk becomes even more convincing because "Nantes" is almost agreeing with two players from the Ivory Coast to come to the team. One of them is "Genk" defender Didier Zokora, who experts say would be an ideal replacement for Yepes if he were to leave for "Valencia."
Mario Yepes is one of the best defenders in the French league and was considered one of the favorites to win the French Player of the Year title.
