Karel Bruckner remains at the helm of the Czech national team
The Czech Republic Football Association (CMFS) will offer Karel Brückner a two-year contract, regardless of the experienced fiasco at the World Cup, where the Czech Republic lost two out of three matches and did not advance to the quarterfinals.
"K.Brückner said that if the Football Association offers him an extension of the contract, he will gladly continue to work as head coach," said team representative Lukas Tacek.
The Czech national team ended their performance at the World Cup on Thursday, losing the decisive match to Italy by a score of 2-0 and finishing third in the group.
