French club has started negotiations with another French club for striker Peguy Luyindula.
"Marseille" team allows the striker, who spent the whole previous season on loan to "Auxerre", to leave "Stade Velodrome".
"St Etienne" coach Ivan Hasek is a huge fan of P.Luyindula and player's agent Alain Migliasco stated that "Les Verts" are negotiating with the player.
"We are currently negotiating, but whatever happens, nothing will be clarified in the next few days," - said Migliasco.
"This is the first trial for P.Luyindula. He wants to see the "St Etienne" team before we make a decision. His choice will be very important."
Last season, "St Etienne" finished 15th in the French championship, while "Marseille" finished 5th and qualified for the UEFA Europa League.
