The goalkeeper for the team Christian Abbiati admits that he is still interested in London.
The Italian goalkeeper has been interested in Arsenal since last year, when AC Milan rejected a huge offer for the goalkeeper.
In the past two seasons, Abbiati has been playing as the second choice goalkeeper for Milan, losing his position to Brazilian goalkeeper Dida.
"I am a man of my word and, as I said, I will not leave the club with which my contract is extended until 2008," the goalkeeper says. "But this season has been very difficult for me. I feel like people here have already lost confidence in me. It is not easy to find a new club, Milan is one of the best and most organized in the world."
"However, I have to admit that Arsenal, despite not playing regularly, have been in touch with my agent."
Abbiati acknowledges that his irregular play has already closed the doors for him to EURO 2004. The player mentions that next season, if he cannot play in the first team again, he would be willing to be loaned to another club.
