Having gained a lot of sympathy with his impressive performance during the World Championship, Trinidad and Tobago national team goalkeeper Shaka Hislop decided to leave London and signed a contract with the MLS club "FC Dallas" in the United States.
The 37-year-old goalkeeper played two matches in Germany: against Sweden and England. In the first ones, he did not concede any goals and helped Trinidad and Tobago achieve one of the first sensations of the tournament, while in the second ones he conceded two goals, but still received a lot of praise for his reliable play.
During his 14-year career in England, S. Hislop played for the clubs "Reading", "Newcastle", "Portsmouth", and "West Ham".
At the moment, the MLS season is already halfway through, and "FC Dallas" is leading the Western Division.
