Today the first round of the LFF Cup quarterfinals will be played. Six teams from the "A-League" will host teams from the I League at their home stadiums.

Klaipėda 5:0 Vilnius "Vėtra-2"

In the first half, the Atlanteans started somewhat cautiously, their captain Dainius Žernys missed good opportunities. After "Atlanteans" pressed the opponents in their own half for a few minutes, Martynas Karalius headed the ball into the Vilnius team's goal in the 35th minute. Until the end of the first half, neither team created anything more dangerous. The second half started with pressure on the Vėtra-2 goal, resulting in a goal scored by Kazimieras Gnedojus in the 49th minute. Immediately after that, 17-year-old Andrius Bartkus scored during a fast counterattack. The score became 3:0. Just after 60 minutes, Andrius Puotkalis, after a long pass, sent the ball to the lower corner of the goal. Two minutes later, an aerial pass from the edge "closed" by Andrius Petreikis. Until the end of the match, "Atlantas" had a few more great chances, but they failed to capitalize on them. As expected, Klaipėda's "Atlantas" achieved an easy victory.
