On Tuesday in Moscow, the twelfth round matches of the Russian Premier League were played. The local teams "Moskva" and "Dinamo" met - the match ended in a 1-1 draw, and Lithuanian goalkeeper Žydrūnas Karčemarskas appeared on the field after a long break.
The meeting started with active actions from both the "Moskva" and "Dinamo" football players. The first have already dropped out of the European tournament and in order to play there next year, they have to occupy a higher position in the tournament table, while the ambitious "Dinamo" now has to think about how not to drop to the first division.
The first opportunity was created by the "Moskva" team, but they failed to score, and after a mistake by the "Moskva" defenders, "Dinamo" could have scored. However, the first goal was scored by the hosts, when Hector Brakamonte, who had not scored a goal for almost a year, scored.
After the break, there were changes in the "Dinamo" lineup - Dmitrijus Chochlovas and Dmitrijus Bulykinas appeared on the field. "Moskva" again scored a goal, but it was disallowed due to offside. "Dinamo" continued to have no luck in attack, while "Moskva" dangerously attacked trying to double the result.
With fifteen minutes left until the end of the match, the spectators could watch a "one-man show". After the referee awarded a questionable corner kick, the visitors' goalkeeper Sergei Ovchinnikov clashed with the referee. Eventually, the "Dinamo" goalkeeper was expelled and Lithuanian national team goalkeeper Ž. Karčemarskas appeared on the field. It is undoubtedly that S. Ovčinikovas will receive a several-match disqualification and it is likely that during that period the main goalkeeper for "Dinamo" will be the Lithuanian.
The removal of the "Dinamo" player gave the team new strength and with six minutes left until the end of the match, D. Bulykin scored the equalizing goal with a header after a penalty kick. The match ended in a 1-1 draw, allowing "Dinamo" to climb out of the "relegation" zone.
