Ferdinand's appeal rejected

Today, a neutral commission of three people rejected the appeal regarding the fine imposed on him for not attending the doping test. The defender will not be able to play until September 20, 2004. The commission also rejected the proposal to extend the disqualification period to 12 months.

Ferdinand can appeal this decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport again, but he does not intend to do so.
