The player of the Lithuanian national team and St. Petersburg's attacker suffered an injury in the Russian "Premier" league match against "Dynamo". Today, tests will be carried out on the Lithuanian player to determine the seriousness and time of recovery from the injury, during which the attacker will not be able to play.
Nevertheless, the playing time of the Lithuanian in "Zenit" ranks is likely to be further reduced as on Monday morning, the St. Petersburg club announced the acquisition of Turkish national team striker Fatih Tekke from the "Trabzonspor" team.
The 28-year-old Turk signed a four-year contract with the Russian club. Last season, he played 28 matches with "Trabzonspor" and scored 22 goals.
"Zenit" currently occupies the ninth place in the Russian championship with 19 points after fourteen matches, while R. Poškus has scored once this year.
