In the final of the Russian Cup, once again there will be no teams from the capital city, as Grozny's "Terek" and Samara's "Krylja Sovetov" defeated their opponents - respectively "Torpedo-Metallurg" and "Shinnik".
In the second leg of the semi-final matches on Wednesday, Roberto Poska's "Krylja Sovetov" won 3-1 at home after extra time (1-1 in the first leg) against Rolandas Dziaukstas' "Torpedo-Metallurg" team, while Grozny's "Terek" won 2-1 away (1-1) against "Shinnik" in the second leg of the semifinals.
