Milan's team forward from Nigeria Obafemi Martins has expressed his desire to leave the Italian team and has asked to be included in the list of players for sale.
The 21-year-old striker informed his team about this decision a few weeks ago after being persuaded and involved in a match-fixing scandal by the reigning champions of the Italian Serie A.
With such forwards in the team as Adriano and Julio Cruz, O.Martins would find it difficult to compete for a permanent place in the starting lineup, and most likely would have to settle for a role as a substitute forward.
Last year, several teams were interested in the Nigerian forward, but the selling price set by Inter's team leaders was 25 million euros, which seemed too high.
According to the player's agent, a possible turning point in O.Martins' career could be English Premier League clubs, as well as Spanish ones. It is also said that the player is also of interest to Spanish clubs.
