"There will not be any uninteresting matches - signing the contract with LNK promised the President of the Lithuanian Football Federation, Liutauras Varanavicius. - All the biggest football stars will come to Lithuania, as we are destined to compete with world champions Italy, vice-champions France, and quarterfinalists Ukraine."

LNK will broadcast football matches for the first time in its history and believes that by supporting this sport, it will contribute to its great future in Lithuania.

"I am convinced that football is the most promising branch of sports in Lithuania. It is time for a football renaissance. Lithuania, by playing football, will become part of the full-fledged world of sports. I believe that the Lithuanian national team has the potential to surprise football giants like Italians or French," said the sworn football player, LNK Creative Director Laurynas Seskus, a player for the football club "Prelegentai".

The first match will take place in Naples on September 2nd, where the Lithuanians will face the Italian national team. According to Liutauras Varanavicius, this year the Scots' contingent will be larger than ever - 3.5 thousand tickets have already been booked. Two years ago, the matches between the Scottish and Lithuanian teams reached a 17% rating and were one of the most successful sports broadcasts in Lithuania.

"Now is the time, and in Lithuania we will see players like Andriy Shevchenko and Thierry Henry," said L. Varanavicius.

"I bet that Lithuanians will win at least one point against either Italians or French," added L. Seskus.
