The forward Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink should continue this season in Scotland, as the country's club has agreed on the player's transfer fee with the team from Eindhoven.
"We have already reached an agreement with Celtic regarding the transfer fee for the forward. Now everything depends on the player," says PSV's general director Stan Valckx.
J. Hesselink is expected to travel to Glasgow in the near future to finalize the personal contract details.
However, the Dutchman himself is cautious about his possibilities until the contract is signed. "Glasgow Celtic is a wonderful club, this year they will play in the Champions League. But it is still too early to talk about anything until the contract is signed," he says.
