Owner of the Edinburgh team Vladimir Romanov revealed that he hopes to attract "two World Cup football stars" to the team.
V. Romanovas stated that before the end of the player transfer market, he hopes to attract those players to the team, but he has not yet revealed their names.
Although the team failed to qualify for the main UEFA Champions League tournament, "Hearts" will lose some potential income, but V. Romanovas says that the financial resources should be enough and his intentions are serious.
"I never skin a bear before killing him. So yes, before the end of the player transfer market, I will sign contracts with those players," says V. Romanovas.
"But why only two World Cup stars? Why not all of them?" - jokes the millionaire from Lithuania. "But in all seriousness, we are currently actively negotiating."
