Forward Rodolfo Bodipo of Equatorial Guinea national team suffered a serious cruciate ligament injury and will not help La Coruna for six to eight months.
"I felt a snap and tremendous pain. At least it snapped 'cleanly' - it could have been much worse," - the forward was quoted by the Spanish sports newspaper "AS".
The 28-year-old forward arrived at "Deportivo" from Vitoria's "Alaves" for 2 million euros in June.
In addition to R.Bodipo's long-term injury, Deportivo also have experienced Juan Carlos Valeron, who also tore his ligaments in July.
