In January, the team of the "Red Devils" gathered 12 points, defeating "Newcastle" with a score of 2-0, "Wigan" 3-1, "Liverpool" 2-0, and "Bolton" with a crushing result of 4-0. During these four matches, the team scored 11 goals and only conceded one.
A.Ferguson celebrated his 20th anniversary this week as the manager of one of the world's most famous teams, "Man Utd". The Scot has now won the monthly prize 18 times throughout his career at the club, with the latest being in August when he, along with the legendary Ryan Giggs, was named the best coach and player of the month respectively.
Meanwhile, the 31-year-old P.Scholes wore the "Red Devils" jersey for the 500th time in the eternal rivalry match against "Liverpool" and scored one of the two goals in that game. Additionally, the player contributed with a goal in the UEFA Champions League match against Denmark's "Copenhagen" with a score of 3-0.
Currently, "Man Utd" sits in first place in the English Premier League with 28 points, leading the defending champions "Chelsea" by three points. On Saturday, the "Red Devils" will face the strong "Blackburn" club in the 12th round of the country's championship.
