In the final minutes, both teams could have snatched the victory. First, "Hearts" defender Bruno Aguiaras shot just next to the post, and soon after "Falkirk" forward Alan Gow's shot from just a few meters was blocked by the visiting defender Christos Karipidis.
The match ended in a draw, which prevented "Hearts" from securing the 2nd place.
