Liverpool club security guard Tim Cahill is out of action for 6 to 8 weeks due to a knee injury suffered in the weekend's Premier League match with . The 26-year-old Australian injured his right knee after colliding with team mate Lee Carsley. After thorough examinations, it was revealed that T. Cahill has injured his cartilage. "T. Cahill's rehabilitation will last for at least six weeks, but it may extend to eight weeks. We hope that everything will be fine with his cartilage. Repeat examinations will be performed after five days, and then it will be clear if surgery is needed," said Everton team doctor Mick Rathbone.
