During the presidential elections in Munich on Friday, Franz Beckenbauer triumphed for the fifth time in a row, receiving more than 98 percent of the votes from 2500 club members who participated in the elections.
Thirteen club members did not participate on Friday, while 21 spoke out against the former German football legend.
Franz Beckenbauer has been leading "Bayern" since 1994, but it is uncertain whether he will run in the elections again when his term ends in 2009.
Beckenbauer was the captain of West Germany, which won the World Cup in 1974, and in 1990 he achieved the same trophy as a coach.
