London team's head coach Martin Jol claims that England national team forward Jermain Defoe will not be sold during the player transfer window opening in January.
The 24-year-old player has been irregularly playing in the main team this season, and rumors have spread that he will leave the Spurs club in January.
"Jermain won't go anywhere. There are constantly speculation about him, but he is a very important player for us," said M. Jol. - "Next month the player transfer window will open and he is already linked to Man Utd, Liverpool, Aston Villa, and Portsmouth."
