The 15th round of the Bundesliga ended with a tie for first place between "Werder" and "Schalke" clubs, both having thirty points each halfway through the championship.
The "Schalke" team had the opportunity to become the absolute leaders of the championship, but they couldn't overcome the struggling "Nurnberg" team and the match ended in a draw 0-0. It's worth mentioning that this was already the tenth draw for the Nurnberg club this season, placing them in the middle of the table.
An interesting match took place in Aachen, where the local club lost 2-3 to the "Eintracht" club. All three goals for the visitors were scored by the new player N. Takahara: the Japanese striker put his team in front early in the match after a counterattack, but after about half an hour of play, taking advantage of the unsure "Eintracht" goalkeeper, the hosts managed to equalize. However, "Aachen" wasn't able to defend and N. Takahara scored two more goals to secure the win for his team. The "Aachen" club, which started the season quite successfully, now only occupies the fourteenth place, while the Frankfurt team rose to the eighth position.
