The England national team and London team's defender Joe Cole will be out of action for at least three weeks, as on Monday the player was diagnosed with a broken bone in his foot.
The footballer played his last game on November 26th, which was a match against the "Man Utd" team. After these games, due to pain in his foot, J. Cole missed several team training sessions, and on Monday, doctors diagnosed him with a broken foot bone.
It was announced on the official "Chelsea" club website that on Monday the player's foot was scanned and a minor fracture was detected.
Due to the injury, J. Cole missed the start of this season. In total, the Englishman only started three games in the team's lineup and came onto the field 8 times as a substitute. The 25-year-old player will have to miss the busy holiday period for the team.
The current English champions will play a total of 6 Premier League matches during the Christmas and New Year period. The match calendar will also include a Carling Cup quarter-final match and an FA Cup third round meeting with the "Macclesfield" club.
