Spanish national team and club left back Asier Del Horno is ready to return to the field after a serious Achilles tendon injury.
The 25-year-old footballer missed not only half of this season due to this injury, but also the World Cup, where Spain stumbled in the round of 16. Now, after medical tests, doctors claim that A.Del Horno can already train easily, and soon he will make his debut in the Spanish championship after a long break.
"A good rehabilitation plan was prepared for A.Del Horno, excellent conditions were provided for recovery after this serious injury. Everything went as planned, so soon he will be able to play again," said Valencia's club doctor Mikel Sanchez.
It is worth reminding that last summer Spanish player was acquired by Valencia from a London team for almost 5 million pounds.
Before moving to England, A.Del Horno represented Bilbao Athletic.
