Senegalese celebrating his 28th birthday on Thursday has been playing in the capital of Russia since January 2003, but recently did not make it into the "Dynamo" lineup, so he ended up on the list of players for sale.
Previously, the 173 cm tall and 67 kg defender played at his homeland, in Dakar's "Jeanne d'Arc" club, "Inter" and "Jaraaf" clubs.
Playing on the right side of defense, P. Mendy has played a few matches and was also part of the Senegal national team.
In the 2003 season, P. Mendy played 23 matches in the "Dynamo" lineup, the following year - 20, but in 2005 and 2006 he appeared on the field only seven times. In a total of over 50 matches in Moscow's club lineup, he scored one goal - in his debut season.
