The head coach of the Lithuanian national team, Algimantas Liubinskas, announced the team composition for the friendly match against the Malian national team on Tuesday, as reported on the official LFF website.

The match in Paris will start on February 6 at 8 PM Lithuanian time, at the Marville a la Courneuve stadium, which can accommodate 10 thousand spectators and where the Malians defeated the DR Congo national team in a friendly match last November.

According to LFF, there will be no preparation camp in Lithuania before the match. The football players will gather in Paris on February 4, where they will have several joint training sessions.

Among the defensive players invited to A. Liubinskas' announced composition is the Moscow "CSKA" defender Deividas Šemberas, who has not played for the national team for almost a year due to disqualification, as well as Andrius Skerla, who is looking for a new club after the end of his contract with Tomsk's "Tom," and Marius Žaliūkas from Edinburgh's "Hearts."

Three Lithuanian league players are included in the midfielder line-up: Linas Pilibaitis from "Kaunas," Vitalijus Kavaliauskas from "Ekranas," who stood out in the friendly match against Malta, and Igoris Morinas from Vilnius "Žalgiris."

There was no place for the unsuccessful Robertas Poškus in the attack, but the "Hearts" forward Andrius Velička, who performs well in Scotland, was invited.
