Panevėžio "Ekrano" center security guard went for a review to the tenth place in the Ukrainian championship held by the "Kryvbas" club in Turkey.
According to the Ukrainian club's website, only eight main squad players are participating in the camp, with another fifteen players taking part in the review.
Among the fifteen players is the 2005 Lithuanian champion with "Ekranas" Aurimas Kučys.
The 25-year-old sturdy A. Kučys has played in the Lithuanian national team for ten matches, but the last match he played was in 2005.
In the 2006 season, where "Ekranas" finished second in the Lithuanian championship, A. Kučys was one of the leaders of the Panevėžys team, playing 34 matches in the "A League".
The "Kryvbas" camp in Turkey will continue until January 27, during which the team will play friendly matches against Samara's "Krylja Sovetov", Almaty's "Kairat", Nalchik's "Spartak", and another team to be determined later.
The matches in the Ukrainian championship will resume at the beginning of March.
