In the "Premier" League in England, a London team would like to see Craig Gordon, a goalkeeper representing the Scottish national team from Edinburgh, among their ranks.
Currently, C. Gordon has a contract with the Edinburgh club for another year and a half, which was extended at the end of last March.
"Fulham" is the first club to have made significant contact with "Hearts" so far. Earlier, C. Gordon was also linked with other "Premier" clubs in London and beyond.
It is said that "Fulham" offered about £2.5 million (more than 13 million litas) to the Edinburgh club. Team manager Valdas Ivanauskas refused to confirm the exact amount offered, but acknowledged that contact had been made.
"They are interested in Craig, but the financial details are not my responsibility," revealed the coach. "To me, two and a half million would be a very small amount."
