Formerly crowned as the best planet's footballer, Brazilian Ronaldo, soon to move from Madrid to Milan, did not spare criticism in an interview to an Italian newspaper for neither the "Royal" club nor the coach Fabio Capello.
The well-known strategist took over the reins of "Real" this summer and soon acquired Ruud van Nistelroj, who took Ronaldo's place as the spearhead of the team's attacks. The 30-year-old forward spent most of his time on the bench and publicly expressed dissatisfaction with F. Capello's decisions.
The footballer's tongue finally loosened after passing a medical examination at AC Milan.
"Madrid was hell for me, and Capello was a devil," Ronaldo confessed to "La Stampa."
"Now I feel good, I am extremely happy to return here and hope to soon officially become a Milan player."
All signatures on contracts should be put on Monday. "Real" will receive about 8 million euros as compensation for the player.
It is worth mentioning that Spanish giants acquired Ronaldo from another Milan team, "Inter," in 2002 for almost four times the current 30 million euros. The twice world champion and three times best player of the year played a total of 98 matches and scored 69 goals for Real Madrid.
