On May 28th, the NFKA Board meeting took place. During the meeting, the Board members unanimously decided to address the LFF leadership with a statement that the decision of the LFF Disciplinary Committee to revoke the penalty imposed on May 27th by the NFKA Disciplinary Committee to Kaunas FBK "Kaunas" player D. Sanajev is illegal, as it violates the 2004 NFKA "A-League" competition organization regulations. The Board noted that the LFF Disciplinary Committee did not have the right to make such a decision until it was reviewed by the NFKA Board.
