The club from Portugal has added a striker from Colombia Wason Renteria to its ranks, who has recently been playing in Brazil for the Porto Alegre team "Internacional".
The defending champions of Portugal, "Porto", have signed a contract with the 21-year-old Colombian until 2011. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
W. Renteria started his career at his home country's club "Chico El Boyaca" in 2002, and since 2005 he has been representing "Internacional", scoring 6 goals in over 35 matches, and also playing for Colombia's youth national team.
The striker is considered to be a determined, talented, technical, and smart player.
"Porto" may also add 24-year-old defender Lucas Mareque from Argentina in the coming days.
