One of the leaders of the Edinburgh team, Paul Hartley, is moving to the Glasgow club for an undisclosed amount.
Another Glasgow team also tried to acquire the 30-year-old Scottish midfielder, but their offer of 600,000 pounds sterling (more than 3 million litas) was rejected.
P. Hartley, who has represented the Scottish national team 11 times, will join the Glasgow team alongside his former teammate Steven Pressley, who arrived at the club earlier after disagreements with the club's management.
P. Hartley has been playing for the "Hearts" team since 2003. In total, in over 118 matches for this team, the Scottish midfielder scored 31 goals.
Meanwhile, the Georgian midfielder who recently signed a six-month loan agreement with the "Hearts" team is most likely not going to wear the team's jersey and will return to "Spartak" Nalchik, as the British authorities refused to issue a work permit to the player.
The 23-year-old player has represented the Georgian national team 16 times, but since Georgia is ranked lower than 70th (94th) place in the FIFA national team rankings, the rule allowing to issue a work permit to a footballer who has played 75 percent of matches for his country recently does not apply.
