Recently crowned champions of Germany, Bremen's "Werder" football players today won another title - they defeated the lower-tier team, Aachen's "Alemannia," in the final.
After the first half, "Werder" was already leading 2-0 and everything seemed clear, but after seven minutes in the second half, Blank softened the result. In the 75th minute, "Alemannia" was left with ten men as Mbwando received a red card. Borowski secured Bremen's victory in the 84th minute, and just before the end of the match, Aachen's team scored a consolation goal.
