Donetsk won the Ukrainian Cup for the third time in the last four years. On Sunday in the final, "Shakhtar" beat Dnipro "Dnipropetrovsk" 2-0.

In the first half of the match, one player from each team was sent off with a red card. In the 1st minute, Aleksey Belyk scored the first goal with a header, and in the last minute of the match, Anatoliy Tymoshchuk doubled the lead. Lithuanian player Dainius Gleveckas did not appear on the field.

Meanwhile, in the Ukrainian championship, with three rounds remaining, Kyiv's club, where Edgaras Česnauskis plays, is leading. "Shakhtar" is trailing the leader by three points.
