After a winter break, the "Nurnberg" team continues to successfully play matches, having won another victory on Sunday. At the beginning of the season, the "Nurnberg" footballers often ended matches in a draw, but they have solved this problem and achieved their fifth victory in the last six matches.

On Sunday evening, "Nurnberg" won a minimal victory at their arena against the league newcomers "Cottbus". The hosts' victory was determined by a successful penalty kick by M. Beauchamp at the end of the match. It is worth noting that the goal was scored shortly after "Cottbus" was reduced to ten players on the field. After this victory, "Nurnberg" has not lost for eleven consecutive matches.

In the next evening duel, somewhat unexpectedly, "Bochum" achieved victory, triumphing 3-1 against "Arminia" as visitors. The majority of the work was done by the winners at the beginning of the match - after playing for ten minutes, with two goals by T. Gekas, the visitors already had a solid advantage.

Shortly afterwards, "Arminia" managed to reduce the score, but the hosts failed to at least salvage a point and lost the match 1-3. The victory allowed the "Bochum" club to climb out of the relegation zone.
