The goalkeeper of the French national team and the club competing in the "Ligue 1" championship, Franck Ribery, will not be able to help his team for at least two weeks due to a leg injury.
The 23-year-old footballer injured his right leg in the match lost 0-3 to "Toulouse" on Saturday and was substituted in the middle of the first half and had to leave the field.
The French player, who suffered a leg injury, will undergo various tests this week, which should show the exact severity of the injury and the time he will be unable to play.
"He definitely won't be able to play or train for at least two weeks," confirmed Marseille's head coach Albert Emon.
Due to this reason, the shining star of the World Cup will miss the French League Cup quarterfinal match against the third division club "Vannes" on Tuesday. The goalkeeper will also not be able to help the Marseille team in the championship matches against "Lens" and the leader "Lyon".
The Marseille team, which has not won a single match in the last five "Ligue 1" championship games, has collected 38 points after 26 matches and dropped to 6th place after the weekend games.
