AC Milan officially confirmed that the club has signed a two-year contract with the captain of Roma.
The 32-year-old defender of the Italian national team spent 12 years at Lazio and won many titles. However, before this season, he expressed a desire for a new challenge, but then both clubs could not agree on the transfer, and now the player's contract has expired, so he was free to choose himself.
"I can finally say that I am an Inter player and I am happy to be here. After 12 years at Lazio, I joined a very important team with big ambitions for the future. Changing clubs requires a lot of enthusiasm, and for me, playing for Inter is a new adventure. I want to perform well and work hard.
