During the off-season, the Lithuanian national team forward was looking for a new club and he may continue his career in Lithuania. According to EuroFootball.com, the footballer is currently negotiating with the capital city team FC.
The head coach of the team from Vilnius, Ivanas Švabovičius, did not want to comment on this fact.
"We are actively watching footballers from Brazil. Some leave a very good impression. Some seem a bit worse, so we will probably reject them or maybe offer them to other clubs. We also intend to strengthen the team with Lithuanian footballers," - said the coach of "Vilnius" to EuroFootball.com.
When asked if there are any Lithuanians who can join the team, R.Poškus, Ivanas Švabovičius replied: "I would not like to comment on that."
The Lithuanian national team forward represented the clubs "Zenit" from Saint Petersburg and "Dynamo" from Moscow last year, but did not fit in there and started looking for a new team after the season. It is said that "Žalgiris" also showed interest in R.Poškus.
As "Vilnius" is intensively preparing for the new season, on Saturday they will play a friendly match against Panevėžys "Ekranas" at "Sportima".
