On Sunday, two Premier League matches took place in England. In them, Tottenham defeated West Ham after a dramatic battle as guests, while Bolton lost to Blackburn.
The West Ham players fighting for survival started the match against Tottenham very successfully and created one opportunity after another. Mark Noble scored in the 16th minute, while the Argentine Carlos Tevez, who was struggling in the team, scored a fantastic penalty shot at the end of the half.
After the break, West Ham seemed to stop playing, and Tottenham quickly equalized. Nevertheless, the hosts once again broke ahead at the end of the match, but Tottenham took advantage of the opponents' defensive mistakes and snatched victory.
Blackburn surpassed Bolton as guests, and victory was determined by two penalty shots from Benni McCarthy.
