The general director of the Italian championship leader Milan club, Ernesto Paolillo, after another victory achieved in the Milan derby, mentioned that the team is capable of improving the "Serie A" record and collecting 100 points in the league table.

"We have just started our 100 years, and I believe we should try to win the championship title by scoring 100 points," said E. Paolillo. "We want to achieve this important goal. If we manage to do so, we will have achieved a greatly improved record, which will emphasize the importance of this year for our club."

With 11 rounds left until the end of the championship, "Inter" has not suffered a single defeat and already has 73 points. Milanese are leading their closest rivals, Roma, by 16 points.

With the team demonstrating excellent play, coach Roberto Mancini's position also seems strong. The club's general director stated that the coach's contract, ending next summer, will be extended if Mancini wishes.

"I am sure he will stay in his position because he is an excellent coach who has created a great team here," said E. Paolillo.

Ernesto Paolillo also denied rumors about a possible arrival of Gianluigi Buffon to Milan.

"I don't think he will come, we have such a great goalkeeper like Julio Cesar and his ideal backup Francesco Toldo. We don't need anything else in this position," said the Inter general director.
