The World Cup in Qatar raises a lot of passions not only on the field, but also beyond its borders.

Before the championship, some European national teams announced that despite bans, their captains would wear "One Love" captain armbands during matches, which are intended to show support for the LGBTQ community.

However, once the championship began, FIFA started threatening that captains appearing on the field with these armbands would be instantly punished with yellow cards.

After FIFA's statement, European national teams decided to refrain from wearing these armbands, but the German Football Federation is not willing to back down.

It is reported that the German Football Federation plans to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport regarding this unfounded FIFA ban.

"FIFA threatens us with undefined sanctions, so now we are analyzing whether we can take legal action," said a representative of the German Football Federation.
