On Wednesday, two Baltic Football League matches were played in Estonia and Latvia between clubs from these countries. However, the matches ended very differently: in Tallinn, Narva's "Trans" defeated Daugavpils' "Dinaburg" 2-0 at the end of the match, while Tallinn's "Flora" suffered a second defeat - after losing 0-3 at home last week to Vilnius' "Vėtra," this time they were crushed 4-0 by "Skonto" in Riga.

Having taken fourth place in Latvia last year, "Dinaburg" players defended well for 88 minutes, but later allowed two goals and let Narva's "Trans" team celebrate victory.

The match in Riga unfolded differently: the hosts broke through in the middle of the first half after Vitalijs Astafjevs' goal, and at the beginning of the second half Gatis Kalninš doubled the score. However, "Flora" players completely collapsed at the end of the match, allowing two more goals in two minutes, scored by Andrejs Perepletkins and Josef Piačeks.
