After the Baltic Football League match between Liepaja's "Metalurgs" and Tallinn's "Levadia" ended in a 1-1 draw on Tuesday, head coach Benjaminas Zelkevičius was not satisfied with the performance of Lithuanians Tomas Tamošauskas and Darius Miceika.
"There was a tough battle on the field, but so far the spring football does not bring much joy," said the Lithuanian. "I am not happy with Tamošauskas and Miceika's performance. We played well in attack, there were no major mistakes in defense, but I am not satisfied with how they played in the midfield."
Meanwhile, "Levadia" head coach Tarmo Ruuto was pleased that it was already the second match, so they were a bit easier.
"There was a lot of play break on the field and that helped us. But I am satisfied with the result - we earned a point," said Ruuto.
