The English national team confidently stepped into the quarterfinals of the World Cup on Sunday.
Gareth Southgate's proteges defeated Senegal's footballers in the round of 16 with a score of 3-0.
After the victory, England's midfielder Declan Rice stated that his team does not receive the respect it deserves, and any World Cup team should fear the English.
"I think we don't get enough respect. When you look at other teams, like Argentina or the Netherlands, they receive a lot of praise after victories.
It's completely different with us. Our victories are often accompanied by negativity. I believe that everyone should fear us now. We are a great team," Rice said after the victory.
The Englishman also boldly talked about the upcoming quarterfinal match with France.
"These are the matches that everyone dreams of. I'm sure almost the whole world will be watching.
There would be no point in celebrating a victory over Senegal if we didn't believe in our ability to defeat France," the midfielder added.
